Morgan Ricketts is a graduate of the Harvard Law School and is an Associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice group.  She brings her previous experience on several bet-the-company matters at the premier trial litigation firm Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP.  She is also an experienced courtroom attorney in her own right, having recently served with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office.  In addition, Morgan has performed dozens of pro bono hours working with domestic violence victims and community organizations.

Representative Experiences

• Lead associate for the Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) in a multi-million dollar software dispute against a private software developer.  Reponsible for working with expert witnesses.

• Represented one of the fastest growing companies in Southern California in a theft of trade secrets case.

• Represented a major chain of nursing facilities in a variety of matters, including fraud, ownership disputes, and employment discrimination cases.

• Assisted at trial on a wrongful termination case for the founder of a Fortune 500 company.
