Thomas Suh heads the firm's Orange County office. He brings a unique combination of legal and business experience to the firm. As a serial entrepreneur and legal professional, Thomas is uniquely positioned to serve as “Outside General Counsel” for clients ranging from start-ups to mature enterprises. He handles matters and advises clients in key areas of litigation including shareholder and partnership disputes, aggrieved investors, commercial disputes and intellectual property. As a former executive and in-house General Counsel, he understands and relates to both the legal AND business needs of the firm's clients.

Served as COO and General Counsel of DestinationRx, Inc. - the exclusive healthcare back-end solutions provider for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), as well as some of the largest US commercial health plans. Thomas was charged with the overall operational and legal responsibilities of the company, including the management of outside counsel.
